On Friday, December 19, 2025, the city of Quneitra witnessed a solidarity rally organized by the "Syrians with Palestine" team, with the participation of a number of Syrians and Palestinians. The rally protested the repeated Israeli attacks on Syrian territory, particularly in the Quneitra and Beit Jinn regions, according to the Action Group for Palestinians of Syria.
Participants raised banners expressing their attachment to their land and identity, and affirming their rejection of violations of Syrian sovereignty. They also chanted slogans emphasizing the unity of Syrians in confronting the Israeli occupation and expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people in light of similar attacks.
The organizers explained that the event was held in solidarity with the residents of Quneitra and the areas affected by the attacks, stressing that these popular movements aim to peacefully express their rejection of these violations and affirm the right of peoples to live in security and sovereignty.
At the end of the vigil, the participants called on the international community to assume its legal and moral responsibilities in protecting civilians and their property, and to stop the attacks targeting Syrian and Palestinian territories, stressing the continuation of solidarity activities within peaceful frameworks.
